I just wanted to send a quick note saying how impressed I am with Murray Chevrolet and specifically Ray.
I purchased a used 2500 from Ray last August ... I actually purchased (put down a $500 deposit) on the truck without seeing it. I called my wife to tell her I just bought a truck without seeing it ... she could not believe it because I am a very cautious and reserved individual. There is no way on earth I would do this without the "sense" I had at the Murray dealership and specifically the trust I had in dealing with Ray.
The enthusiasm and knowledge Ray brings to the table when talking trucks ... well he is second to none. I meant to send this note last year but never got around to it ... maybe I was waiting to see if Ray (whom I had never met before) sold me a pile of junk ... it turns out the truck has been maintenance free and my wife loves it.
I know of very few people who have positive vehicle purchase experiences ... I have had two in a row with Murray Chev and Ray.
We came in a couple of weeks ago looking for a used car for my daughter ... Ray quickly understood our needs and budget and found us the right used vehicle ... we actually did not research or go shopping anywhere else, we came straight to Ray.
The used Cobalt Ray sol us had a couple of minor issues: noise with the fan when running the A/C and a squeak when releasing the brake pedal. One call to Ray and the excellent service department and the issues were taken care of.
When a car dealership can exceed the customer's expectations twice in one year I think that's impressive and worth celebrating.
One other small point you should know. We live near the northeast perimeter. Murray is about as far away from us as you can get within the city limits. We are passing alot of car dealerships to buy from you.

PS. On a lighter note my son (20 years old and driving a 1500) asked me this past week if I was still leaning towards a Ford Super Duty a few years down the road ... my son is leaning towards the Ford F250 when the time comes to replace his Sierra 1500. I said if Murray Chev and Ray are still around, I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else and would likely purchase the Chev diesel over the Ford diesel simply based on the two positive experiences at your dealership.

We wanted to let you know, how impressed we were with Bryon. We purchased a vehicle previously from another car company, but thought we would give Murray Chevrolet a chance to gain our business. We were looking around the parking lot when I noticed a sales man just about to leave in his car. I asked him if we could ask him a few questions. He dropped his stuff that he had in his hands and help us right away. He showed us around and answered all our questions. We were trying to make two deals. One with our 18 year old son and one for us. Our sons deal fell through (but nothing to do with Bryon-strictly financing, but he said they would work out a deal when the time was right.) our deal went through. The service that we received from Bryon went beyond our expectations. The little extra that he did was kept our other little son who was 7, occupied with a drawer full of kids stuff. When we left my son was able to take some items home with him and not only did that make him happy but made us happy as well. And another thing he did is on my son's 8th birthday he sent him a present and a card. This is what I call good business and exceptional service. The little things mean a Lot these days! The truck we purchased had a chip on the door. We asked if we could get it fixed. Bryon and the Body Shop Manager arranged for the truck to be painted in Spring instead of the middle of winter, which accommodated us more. We feel that the services that we received from Bryon and the rest of the staff are superior to that of any other dealer. We own a business where a truck is an necessity and we will be back to see Bryon for all our needs. Thank you Bryon for all that you have done for us. Hi Esther, in regards to your talents as a Sales Professional I would start by quoting Abe Lincoln; 'Good things come to those who wait, but only the things left by those who hustle.' You hustle for your customers and are thorough in looking for information that will help zone-in on your customers needs and wants. With myself and in overhearing your conversations with others, I've noticed that you have a true interest in customers. I have dealt with many sales people, and always seem to gravitate to the ones who are genuine. You are also very clear when giving information on "deals" and numbers, no gray areas that leave a question mark in the minds of potential sales customers. You display textbook sales technique in looking to find commonality with your customers. You are also incredibly persistent; If one tactic doesn't work, you look for another. All of these factors contribute to establishing long term sales relationships, solid business networks, and multiple referrals. I wish i could come up with a one or two word summation of my experience with yourself, but there are simply too many positive words.
